In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), we need to be notified with pictures within an hour of receiving your order. After receiving the pictures, we will offer to send you a replacement Axolotl of equal or lesser value, minus the cost of shipping. You may also use the credit towards the purchase of a different Axolotl. No Refunds....
We ship exclusively thru FedEx. We offer both "Overnight" and "2-Day". Overnight shipping is always recommend, as it will be less stressful for your Axolotl, but we understand that shipping can be very expensive. We reserve the right to hold shipments for any reason that may jeopardize the health and well-being of our Axolotls.
We do not offer flat rate shipping. Shipping costs are entirely dependent on the the size of the Axolotl/Axolotls. We will always inform you of shipping costs prior to your purchase. Axolotls are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure a safe trip.
